Participants staying in a hotel listed on the accommodation page should contact the hotel for transportation from the airport to the hotel and return.

Participants staying at IMI Kolkata Campus can take a taxi from the airport. It is the most efficient way to get into the city of Kolkata. Pre-paid taxis and cabs are available at the airport. Taxi fare is based on the meter, highway tolls are not included. A one-way ride from the airport to IMI Kolkata should not exceed INR 900 (approx. US$ 14).

On the days of the Conference, the pickup and drop from hotel to conference venue at IMI Kolkata Campus will be provided to the participants staying at the hotels during July 13-15, 2016.
