Booking is open until June 15, 2016. The rates indicated are applicable for this period only.

The accommodation package covers airport pick up & drop. The contact number of the vehicle driver will be sent one day before the journey via email. The pickup and drop from hotel to conference venue at IMI Kolkata will be provided during July 13-15, 2016.

For reservation and other details about these hotels, go to http://www.cygnusadvertising.in/apea/. Please follow the instructions to make the reservation. After making the reservation, you will receive an e-mail confirmation message.

It is suggested that you arrive Kolkata by July 13, 2016 (morning) as there will be a welcome dinner in the evening on that day.

Apart from this, few accommodations are also available at the IMI Kolkata Campus. Number of rooms at the Campus is very limited and confirmation of booking is subject to availability.  An air-conditioned single room will be charged @ INR 2500 (inclusive of taxes) per day. The booking opens on June 1, 2016 and booking requests have to be sent to IMI Kolkata by June 30, 2016 via email at apea2016@imi-k.edu.in. The payment for the same has to be done via payment gateway after filling up the registration form uploaded at the IMI Kolkata website www.imi-k.edu.in. The participant opting for accommodation at IMI Kolkata needs to arrange for their own airport pick up and drop.
